Community Giving, Guided by You!
Banking for the Community is built around a simple idea: our community should have a voice in how we give back.
Each year, customers and community members vote for the local organizations they want to support. The organizations receiving the most votes earn the largest awards, with funding distributed among this year’s recipients.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote and help direct this year’s giving. Your participation is what makes this program special.

Giving Back Since 2008
Since its launch in 2008, Banking for the Community has helped direct $415,000 to local organizations. It’s one of the ways BankGloucester continues to invest in the communities we serve.
As a mutual community bank, we believe banking is about more than financial services. It’s about building relationships, supporting our neighbors, and helping our communities thrive.
To all of this year’s recipients, thank you for the work you do. And to everyone who voted, submitted a write-in nomination, or helped spread the word, thank you for making this year’s program a success.
Together, we make a difference!
