How to Enroll in E-Statements
Follow these simple steps to get started:
- On our website, log into Online Banking (please note: enrollment must be completed on the website not the mobile app)
- Navigate to Additional Services
- Once logged in, click on the “Additional Services” tab.
- Select E-statements
- Choose your account
- Select an account you’d like to enroll and click “continue”.
- Verify your Information
- Review your personal details and confirm everything is correct.
- Review Terms & Conditions
- Scroll through the agreement. At the bottom, you’ll find an acknowledgement code.
- Enter the Acknowledgement code
- Copy and paste into the required field to submit
- You’re all set!
- Once completed, you’ll have access to your E-statements.
Helpful Tips:
- Enrollment must be completed through the website, not the mobile app
- Be sure to scroll all the way through the terms to locate the acknowledgement code
- When prompted to review your personal information, double-check the info is up to date before submitting.
