Britney Tarantino serves as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at BankGloucester. A Gloucester native, she joined the Bank in 2010 and has built her career through a variety of roles, beginning as a part-time Teller before advancing to Customer Service Representative, BSA Analyst, Operations Assistant, and ultimately Branch Manager.
With expertise in retail banking and BSA/AML/CFT compliance, Britney brings a broad understanding of banking operations and a strong commitment to helping customers and supporting her team. She has further strengthened her leadership skills through BankGloucester's Branch Manager Certification program in 2021 and Retail Leadership Certification program in 2025.
Beyond her role at the Bank, Britney is passionate about financial education. She regularly presents financial literacy programs to high school students and community members and provides fraud and scam awareness presentations to senior citizens and other groups throughout the community.
Born and raised in Gloucester, Britney has called Cape Ann home for 35 years. She enjoys reading, yardwork, and spending time with her life partner and their two children. Much of the family's free time is spent cheering on the kids and attending hockey activities.
